1. Send your request
Email info@brwaz.media with the subject “Personal data deletion request”. Use your registered email where possible and identify the relevant phone number, project or conversation and the data you want deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Verification and response
We review requests and verify identity using proportionate information before disclosure or deletion. We respond within the applicable statutory period and explain any permitted extension or lawful limit. An email starts a review; it is not immediate automatic deletion.
3. What deletion covers
Requests may cover contact records, enquiries, newsletter details and WhatsApp information stored by Brwaz. Records required for a legal obligation, ongoing engagement or dispute may need to be retained with restricted access; we explain applicable exceptions. Restricted backups expire through their retention cycle.
4. Meta and WhatsApp
These instructions cover data held by Brwaz through its authorised Meta integrations. Deleting a conversation or disconnecting an app in Meta does not necessarily remove Brwaz’s existing business records; ask us to review them using the email above. We cannot delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account or information independently held by Meta; use Meta’s settings and support for those requests.
5. Stop marketing
Use the newsletter unsubscribe link or email us to stop marketing, identifying the relevant number or address. A minimal suppression record may be retained to respect your preference. Our privacy policy explains other rights.
