This website presents Brwaz’s services and work. Sending an enquiry or requesting a meeting does not confirm a production booking or create a paid engagement. Scope, deliverables, dates, prices, tax, revisions and payments are confirmed in an accepted quote or project agreement.
2. Project agreements
Signed or accepted project documents govern cancellation, rescheduling, usage licences, ownership, raw files and delivery. Website descriptions do not replace those documents or override mandatory rights. Advertised prices are subject to their stated scope and validity.
3. Intellectual property
Logos, images, films and materials belong to Brwaz or their respective rights holders. Viewing a portfolio does not grant a licence to copy, republish, modify or commercially use its content. Client names and logos identify relevant work and do not imply unrestricted endorsement.
4. Acceptable use
Provide accurate contact details and only submit information or files you are authorised to share. Do not upload malicious files, misuse forms, impersonate others or attempt unauthorised access. Administrative access is limited to authorised team members.
5. Third parties and availability
Meetings, media, messaging and payments may use third-party services with their own terms and availability. We maintain the website without promising uninterrupted access. Contact us if a form or payment fails; do not repeat a payment before checking its status.
