Choosing visual deliverables for a real estate project

Plan photography, film, aerial footage and 360-degree experiences around the property and the intended audience.

A completed residential unit needs a different production plan from a commercial development or a project under construction. Begin with the property status, audience and information the viewer needs.

Photographs that explain the space Plan images that show layouts, finishes, details and the relationship between rooms. Coordinate site readiness, access, styling and lighting. A shot list helps ensure that important facilities and features are covered.

A clear film sequence A property film may move from the location and surroundings to entrances, principal spaces and selected details. Define the intended platforms and horizontal or vertical versions. All labels and project information should be approved by the property owner.

Aerial footage and 360-degree experiences Aerial shots can show a building in context when site conditions and operating requirements permit. A photographed 360-degree tour presents an existing location. It differs from a 3D simulation of an unbuilt project, so specify the required approach, hosting platform and level of interaction early.

The scope depends on the number of sites, units, access hours, readiness and final versions. Brwaz can review the brief and prepare a production and delivery proposal. Contact info@brwaz.media or 0542821901.
